Feedback
Personal stories on barriers within the performing arts, Dance, Media and Theatre, EU.
" Women juggle careers, families, creativity, and community, often all at once. Microlearning respects that reality. Short, focused lessons mean you can upskill in ten minutes between meetings, during a commute, or after the school run. No lengthy commitments. No overwhelm. Just consistent, meaningful progress that fits around your life, not the other way around. Development that worksforyou, not against you! "
"Upskilling can feel daunting, especially in industries where black women have historically been underrepresented. Microlearning removes that pressure. Each small lesson completed is a confidence boost, proof that you are capable, growing, and moving forward. Progress becomes visible. Goals feel achievable. Over time, those small steps build into something extraordinary, a stronger, more assured version of yourself, ready to lead, create, and claim your rightful space."
"Traditional learning often overwhelms, too much information, too fast, too soon. Microlearning works differently. Bite-sized lessons allow the brain to absorb, process, and retain information far more effectively. For women building new skills alongside busy lives, this matters enormously. What you learn stays with you. Each module reinforces the last, creating a solid foundation of knowledge that grows stronger with every session completed."
"Cost, and time have long prevented many women from accessing quality professional development. Microlearning changes that entirely. Available online, is perfect for me, at any hour. It removes the barriers that have historically kept talented women on the sidelines. Equal access to learning is the first step toward equal opportunity and everywhere for everyone."
"Microlearning isn't just about acquiring knowledge, it's about knowing where you're going and why. As a dancer I need mentoring development and space to plan my professional development"
